FAQ
Ceramics can feel new at first, so we’ve gathered the most common questions here 🙌🏺✨
We’re happy to answer them, because we truly believe ceramics can be easy and fun for everyone 🧡
  • Is it beginner friendly?
Yes. All our workshops are designed for beginners, even if you’ve never touched clay before. Our master explains each step clearly and stays close the whole time, helping you with the shape, details, and any questions, so you feel confident and enjoy the process.
  • Will I get dirty?
A little bit of clay is part of the fun, but you’ll be totally fine 😊 We provide aprons, and everything you need to feel comfortable. If you have long nails or want to keep your sleeves clean, we’ll show you the easiest way to work neatly.
  • If you already have an idea, we’ll help you bring it to life. If you don’t, no stress. We can suggest the best option based on how much time you have, what you like to use at home, and what feels easiest for a first experience.

  • How does the workshop go?
Your master welcomes you, gives you an apron, and helps you choose what to make. Then you hand build your piece step by step, add decoration or underglaze painting, and enjoy tea or coffee during the session ☕🧡

At the end, you pick a glaze color and we send your piece to dry for the next stages. You can wash your hands, use our hand cream, and in 2 to 3 weeks we’ll message you when it’s ready.
  • When can I pick up my ceramics?
Usually in 2 to 3 weeks. Your piece needs time to go through the full ceramic process: first it dries slowly, then it’s cleaned and refined, then it goes through the first firing.
After that, we glaze it in the color you chose, and it goes through a second firing.
Only then it’s ready, and we’ll message you as soon as it can be picked up.
  • Can I actually use it as tableware?
Yes, and we want you to use it 🏺✨
We work with high fire German clay and food safe glazes, so your pieces are safe for everyday use. They can go in the dishwasher and you can warm food in the microwave too (just avoid sudden temperature changes and be carefull - ceramics is fragile!).
